SKYWARN Training for Geauga County is at 6:30PM on Thursday April 19th at Auburn Town Hall. The address is 11000 E. Washington Street in Chagrin Falls 44023.

Welcome to 2012! The first meeting of the GARA is Monday, January 23rd at 7:30pm at the Geauga County EMA.

Don't forget about the GARA Holiday Party 3pm on Saturday, January 14th at Mary Yoder's in Middlefield.

As always, all are welcome to attend GARA activities and events.

Holiday Party

The GARA holiday party is scheduled for 3pm on Saturday, January 14th at Mary Yoders in Middlefield.

Special Guest

Our special guest for the November meeting was Meteorologist and Chardon native Jenn Harcher from WOIO 19 Action News.

Jenn gave an excellent presentation on her background and expertise in meteorology. She gave us a glimpse in what she does to make her forecasts.

Many thanks to Jenn for speaking at our meeting. We're glad to know we have a great meteorologist from Geauga County.
